State Representative Christina Hagan is currently serving her third term in the Ohio House of Representatives. She represents the 50th House District, which includes the eastern portion of Stark County.
Representative Hagan has focused her legislative efforts on restoring Ohio’s reputation as a national economic leader by working to create a better business climate that can sustain a strong private sector job market. She believes that investing in the foundation of Ohio’s economy, business owners, is the key to making Ohio great again.
Representative Hagan has also been a leader in the effort to improve government accountability, promoting responsible use of taxpayer dollars to ensure that Ohioans’ resources are not being misused.
As a local official dedicated to her community, Rep. Hagan has received many accolades for her early legislative work, including being named Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2016. She is also an alumna of the American Council of Young Political Leaders.
For the 132nd General Assembly, Rep. Hagan was appointed to vice chair of the Energy & Natural Resources Committee. She also serves on the Public Utilities Committee and the Agriculture & Rural Development Committee.
A native of Stark County, being born and raised in Marlboro Township, Representative Hagan is still proud to call Stark County home, and privileged to represent the 50th House District at the Statehouse.
